Conference Fee: $150 per participant
Includes all meals from June 2nd dinner through June 4th lunch if you stay at the Suncadia Resort.
NOTE: If you choose to stay elsewhere, all meals except breakfasts will be covered.

Lodging Reservations:

Additional lodging is also available in Roslyn and nearby Cle Elum, WA.
Lodging is not included in the conference fee and must be booked separately.
NOTE: If you choose to stay in Roslyn or Cle Elum, a limited shuttle service to and from the Suncadia Resort will be provided each day.
Airport-Hotel Shuttle Service: (Updated 5/15/08)
All sessions, meals, and events will be held on site at Suncadia, so cars are not needed once you arrive.
To get you directly from/to SeaTac Airport and Suncadia, the conference has arranged with Cascade Executive Services to provide shuttle services. Click here to make your shuttle reservation online with Cascade, or call (360) 856-6653 PST with any questions.
The shuttle is more affordable than renting a car and allows you to commute with your colleagues, so we encourage you to take advantage of this service. If you choose to stay at alternate local lodging, a limited shuttle service also will be provided each day to get you to and from Suncadia.

Registration Instructions:
- STEP 1: Fill
out the online form below with your information.
- STEP 2: Review your information for accuracy, make any needed corrections, and then
click Submit.
- STEP 3: Print a copy
of the Confirmation / Invoice page that appears after you
click Submit, and
mail the printed copy with your payment. You'll also receive an email confirming your registration.
- To register additional persons in your organization, find the Register More Participants link at the
bottom of the Confirmation / Invoice page. This link opens a new registration page; simply fill out the
form again for each person attending the conference.
- You may send one check or purchase order to cover the registration fees for all persons attending
from your organization. Remember to include a printed copy of each person's Confirmation / Invoice
page with your payment.
