Register to View a CTE National Broadcast
CTE's national broadcasts are transmitted live via satellite and simulcast over the Internet. You can watch them at a location with a satellite dish and viewing room, or you can watch them on a computer. To register to view a CTE national broadcast, please select one of the three options below. Registration is easy, and all CTE broadcasts are available free of charge.

Webcast Registration
Do you want to watch CTE's National Broadcast Series programs on a computer? With the Webcast option, you can watch the live broadcast at your desk, or in a group setting, using a computer and broadband Internet connection. The Webcast streams both video and audio to your computer, providing a viewing experience similar to watching news or movie clips on the Internet.
Satellite Downlink Registration
Are you located at an organization equipped to receive C-Band satellite broadcasts? If your building has satellite downlink equipment (such as a satellite dish on the roof), then you may be able to choose this option.
Watch the Program at a Nearby Satellite Downlink Facility
More than 180 downlink sites throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada are registered to receive CTE's National Broadcast Series programs, so your area may already have a downlink site that's convenient for you. These sites voluntarily open their facilities for local audiences to view the broadcasts as long as they do not conflict with existing programming. If you would like to watch a CTE broadcast at one of these facilities, simply refer to the list of CTE Downlink sites or to the downlink sites participating via USEPA's Air Pollution Distance Learning Network.

If you are an individual planning to view the broadcast at a nearby satellite downlink location, you do NOT need to register individually with CTE. You should, however, contact the local downlink site coordinator to ensure that space is available and to reserve a seat at the viewing location.

Not sure whether to register for the Webcast or for the Satellite Downlink Location?
