A number of MACT-related stories will also be featured in the broadcast, including one addressing the steps that a State has taken to grant a source a one-year compliance date extension. The broadcast will also feature a story on the upcoming requirements to submit Comprehensive Performance Test plans as part of the Hazardous Waste Combustor MACT standard. Another MACT-related story will deal with the schedule for promulgation of MACT/GACT standards for the 18 source categories that were recently added to the source category list. In addition, updates on recently published Federal Notices on MACT-related subjects will be addressed.

The broadcast will also feature a story that looks at the issue of sustainability and highlights the new EPA building in Research Triangle Park as one of the largest models of "green buildings" in the world. NATA-related topics will be included in this broadcast.

Target audience:

This broadcast is developed especially for State, local and Tribal air toxics personnel to support implementation of air toxic reduction programs.
